If you are sending in your steel then you are responsible for shipping the steel to us, we recommend using a tracked and signed service. You will also need to pay for the delivery back to you, however you can add the sharpening service to an order with any additional item(s) on our website which then may put you above the free delivery threshold. If you do order any additional items with your sharpen then your whole order will be put on hold until the sharpen is completed.... any order delivery eta's at checkout will not be valid and should be ignored.
When shipping your steel to us please include(on a piece of paper) your name, email and phone number... and if you have already placed your order for the sharpen then please include your order number.
Please only send in your steel, not your skates.
