MAIN POINTS

  • 30 Days returns from date of delivery.
  • Item(s) must be in a brand new unused condition with tags still attached.
  • Returns via shipping can be made for a refund, exchange for different variant of the same item or a store credit. Returns in store can be made for a refund, exchange for any item or a store credit.

EVRI RETURNS - This is the easiest way to return

  • £4 returns shipping if returning for a refund.
  • Free returns shipping if returning for a store credit.
  • Max length = 1m & Max weight = 10kg
  • Box your item(s), no returns slip needed. You will receive an email including a print at home shipping label and a QR code to ‘Print in ParcelShop’ along with further instructions and a link to find your nearest ParcelShop.

  • Box up your item(s) and please write on a piece of paper ‘Return’/your order number/ the name on the order so we can identify your order. Ship back to the returns address below.

SHIP BACK YOUR RETURN - OVERSIZE ITEMS OVER 1m IN LENGTH OR 10KG IN WEIGHT

ARRANGED BY US

  • We can arrange a courier collection from you - This service costs £15 for sticks and usually less for smaller oversize items. The cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Please contact us via email hello@hockeystation.com for an exact cost and to arrange the collection. Please note that you will need access to a printer to print the returns shipping label before collection.

HOW MUCH WILL I BE REFUNDED

  • If you are below the free delivery threshold, and have paid for delivery, and are returning your entire order you will be refunded the standard delivery charge only, you will not be refunded the full delivery charge if you have paid extra for Saturday or Sunday delivery.
  • If you are over the free delivery threshold but have paid extra for Saturday or Sunday delivery then no delivery charge will be refunded.
  • If you have paid for delivery and return only part of your order then no delivery charge will be refunded.
  • Returning shipping will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.

FAULTY ITEM, WRONG ITEM, ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED OR NEED HELP
