Orders placed between the 15th October and 24th December can be returned up until the 15th January or 30 days from date of delivery.... whichever is longest.

MAIN POINTS

  • 30 Days returns from date of delivery.
  • Item(s) must be in a brand new unused condition with tags still attached.
  • Returns via shipping can be made for a refund for or a store credit.
  • Returns in store can be made for a refund, exchange for any item or a store credit.

  • £4.95 returns shipping if returning for a refund.
  • Free returns shipping if returning for store credit.
  • DPD(UK Mainland only) | Max length = 1m & Max weight = 20kg
  • Royal Mail | Max size = 61cm x46cm x46cm & Max weight = 10kg
  • Box your item(s), no returns slip needed. You will receive an email containing a QR code to scan and print at the drop off point along with further instructions and a link to find your nearest drop point.

  • We unfortunately don't have access to preferential oversize parcel returns shipping rates so you will need to book your own courier. A couple of options are below.....

HOW MUCH WILL I BE REFUNDED

  • If you are below the free delivery threshold, and have paid for delivery, and are returning your entire order you will be refunded delivery.
  • If you have paid for delivery and return only part of your order then no delivery charge will be refunded.
  • Return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.
