UK Returns

Main points:

  • 30 Days returns from date of delivery
  • Item(s) must be in a brand new unused condition with tags still attached.
  • Returns via post can only be made for a refund(if you want a different item/size please place a new order)
  • Returns In store can be made for a refund or an exchange
  • You can use our Royal Mail returns label at a reduced cost of £3 (deducted from the refund amount) for packages no more than 61cm x 46cm x 46cm and weighing up to 20kg can or you can use your own courier
  • We can arrange a courier to collect oversize items at a cost of £15 for sticks and usually less for smaller oversize items.

 

To ship back any item(s) for a refund…

1 - Check the item(s):
Please make sure that all items being returned are in a brand new unused condition with any tags attached. We can’t accept returns of used items.

2 - Fill out the form:
Please fill out the form with your order number. If you have lost your form please write both your order number and the name that is on the order, on to a scrap piece of paper. Please put it in the package to be returned.

3 - Package the item(s):
Please use the original shipping box or bag to ship back your return. If you no longer have it please use suitable material to protect the item. Please don’t directly tape up or stick the shipping label to the product packaging itself.

4 - Ship it back:
If needed, measure and weigh the package to be returned.

For return packages measuring no more than 61cm x 46cm x 46cm and weighing up to 20kg: 
You can use our Royal Mail returns shipping label at a reduced cost of £3, this cost will be deducted from the refund amount. The easiest way to use this service is to click the Royal Mail link below, once you have filled in the details Royal Mail will send you a QR code via email. Bring this QR code along with the package to any Post Office, the staff in the Post Office will scan the code and print the label for you. https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/3241 
Alternatively you can arrange and pay for your own courier by shipping to the address below.

For return packages measuring more than 61cm x 46cm x 46cm and weighing more than 20kg: 
We can arrange a courier collection from you. This service costs £15 for sticks and usually less for smaller oversize items. The cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Please contact us via email hello@hockeystation.com for an exact cost and to arrange the collection. 
Alternatively you can arrange and pay for your own courier by shipping to the address below.

5 - Wait for your refund:
Once we have received your return we will process your refund within 1 - 2 working days, when processed you will be notified via email. A refund will then take around 3 - 4 working days to reach your bank account. 

  

 

To return or exchange item(s) in our store…

You can return or exchange an item in person at our store… https://www.hockeystation.com/pages/contact-us-find-us-store-opening-hours - Please bring with you at least one of the following so we can find your order on our system… receipt/packing slip, order number, name and date of order.

Postage - How much you will be refunded:

If you are below the free delivery threshold, and have paid for delivery, and are returning your entire order you will be refunded the standard delivery charge only, you will not be refunded the full delivery charge if you have paid extra for Saturday or Sunday delivery.

If you are over the free delivery threshold but have paid extra for Saturday or Sunday delivery then no delivery charge will be refunded.

If you have paid for delivery and return only part of your order then no delivery charge will be refunded.
