If you would like to collect your item from our store then please select 'Local Pick up' when checking out. Once you have completed your order then please await an email/txt notifying you that your order is picked and ready for collection. Usually ready within one working hour.

If our store is open when you come to collect then please collect in store.

If our store is closed when you come to collect then please ring the bell next to the warehouse shutter door.

*Please note - Local Pickup only works when using the standard checkout and Shop Pay. It currently does not work with Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

• Returns Policy: Wrong size or just not happy..… no problem, just return any items to us within 60 days of the date of purchase. Please make sure all items are in brand new unused condition with tags still on the item. Please re-use the original shipping material or any suitable shipping material to protect the items when being shipped back. Please fill out the form and enclose with the return. If you want to keep the invoice on the reverse side of the form, or have lost your returns form just write down on a piece of paper ‘Returns - Your order number - Your name - Item description - Qty - Exchange or Refund’ and enclose with the return. Returns may also be made by visiting us in store at the address below. If you return your entire order and paid for delivery we will refund you the standard delivery charge. If you partially return an order we will not refund the delivery charge.

• UK - Returning for a Refund: Please ship the item back at your own cost to the address below(we recommend using a tracked service). • UK - Returning for an Exchange: You may use our shipping label free of charge...https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/3241(please see below for size restrictions) IMPORTANT PLEASE READ... When opting for an exchange you will be issued a Gift Voucher for the full amount of what you're returning which you can use to purchase the new item. This way you can place another order for the new item without having to wait for a refund to process into your account.
• International - Returns & Exchanges: Please return any unwanted Items to the address below at your own cost. We recommend you use a tracked service. If the item is faulty or we have made a mistake with your order we will cover the cost of return shipping, please get in touch with us in this case.
