The True SVH Pro Custom Player Ice Hockey Skates feature a revised shell construction, a SpeedShift holder, and high-polish DLC steel for superior performance on the ice. With a re-designed toe cap, side panel, and 4 bar identifier, along with a new laminated pro tongue and revised Catalyst tendon guard, these skates offer enhanced comfort and stability. Choose from a brushed tricot liner or Genetix 2 insole for a customized fit. Dominant on the ice, these skates are perfect for pro inspired players.

THE FITTING AND ORDERING PROCESS:

Ideally give us a heads up that you're coming in to be fitted for True Skates. We'll start by having you stand in the correct position while we scan and take photo's of both feet. We then go through and add any annotations of persistant foot/skate fit issues you may have  to help with the build of the skate. We'll talk through the options and fill out the form accordingly. Being custom you will then need to pay for your skates upfront before we send off your scan, images and form to Canada. Your skates will then be made in Canada using a custom 3D last shaped to your foot. The lead time to receive the skates is usually 4 - 6 weeks (Please double check the lead time with us when enquiring - delays are likely at peak times throughout the year). Once they arrive here we'll give you a call so you come in for heat fitting (True Skates are very heat formable). and sharpening  at which point you're all set.

In-store or using the True app by scanning at home, it will generate a code which you will give to us and we will help you the rest of the way.

CUSTOM SKATE ORDER POLICY:

DUE TO THE CUSTOM NATURE OF THE PRODUCT, ALL CUSTOM SKATE ORDERS BECOME FINAL AND NO CHANGES WILL BE PERMITTED AFTER 24 HOURS OF THE ORDER BEING SUBMITTED.

CUSTOM SKATE GUARANTEE:
DUE TO THE 100% CUSTOM NATURE OF OUR PRO CUSTOM SKATE, SCANNED FOR YOUR INDIVIDUAL FOOT AND PROUDLY HANDCRAFTED IN CANADA, TRUE HOCKEY DOES NOT OFFER A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. IF THE CUSTOMER IS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE FIRST PAIR, WE WILL ATTEMPT TO ADJUST THE SKATES USING A SERIES OF FITTING TECHNIQUES. SHOULD THE CUSTOMER REMAIN UNSATISFIED AND BOTH PARTIES HAVE DETERMINED THAT ALL MEANS HAVE BEEN TAKEN TO ADJUST THE CUSTOM FIT, TRUE HOCKEY WILL MAKE A SECOND PAIR AT NO CHARGE TO THE CUSTOMER. THE CUSTOMER IN THIS CASE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING THE SKATES BACK TO TRUE HOCKEY AND ALL RELATED CHARGES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. TRUE HOCKEY WILL COVER ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH BUILDING THE NEW PAIR AND SHIPPING THEM BACK TO THE CUSTOMER.

6 MONTH MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY:
IF WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS OF USE YOUR BOOTS SUSTAIN ANY BREAKDOWN OR DAMAGE NOT CAUSED BY REGULAR GAME USE, TRUE HOCKEY WILL FIX THE DAMAGE. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES.
