Extended Christmas Returns

***Extended Christmas Returns For orders placed on or after 1st October 2020:

You have up until 31st January 2021 or 60 days... whichever is longest. Please read below for further returns instructions.

POLICY:

Returns: Wrong size or just not happy… no problem, just return any items to us within 60 days of date of purchase for a full refund. Please make sure all items are in brand new unused condition with tags still on the item. Please re-use the original shipping material or any suitable shipping material to protect the items when being shipped back. Please fill out the form and enclose with the return. If you want to keep the invoice on the reverse side of the form, or have lost your returns form just write down on a piece of paper ‘Returns - Your order number - Item description - Qty’ and enclose instead of the form. Returns may also be made by visiting us in store at the address below.
Exchanges: Unfortunately we don't offer exchanges. In order to provide the most efficient service and quickest turn around we ask that you opt for a refund and place a new order on our site.
Problem with your order: If you think you have a faulty item or wrong item etc, please get in touch so we can get it sorted out for you asap.

Free Royal Mail Returns for UK orders: Create your label on the following link. You can choose to print it off at home or at the post office https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/3241 Please note that the max weight and dimensions of packages using this service is: 20kg - 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D).
Oversized/Weight Items & International Returns: Please return any unwanted Items to the address below at your own cost. We recommend you use a tracked and signed for service. If the item is faulty or we have made a mistake with your order we will cover the cost of return shipping, please get in touch with us in this case.
