Its a silly rumour but I would love nothing more to see Domi, Newy and Roberts go elsewhere. There will never be an opportunity like this for the Leafs to start fresh. The time is now. Blow up the team, keep Sundin, Tucker, Stajan and Telquist and go for it. There are 400+ free agents plus all the other teams buyouts, you'll NEVER see the market this flooded with talent again.

Inside the Aucoin Rumour: With Steve Simmons and John Ferguson Jr.

Steve's Story
I was taking a stroll down Yonge st as I do every morning with my ears wide open and sniffing out rumours that were on the street jus like McGruff the crimedog. As I neared the 3rd starbucks on my journey I noticed John Ferguson Jr exiting a cafe on the other side of the road. As i used my pedestrian right of way to cut off 3 vehicles at a green lights I began to follow John who on closer listen was having an intense conversation his cell phone. I tailed John for nearly 3 block when suddenly he stopped and looked around in a suspicous manner. I quickly dove behind a minivan to avoid be spotted and then it happpened. I heard John say "Yes Aucion, what a great find." Ferguson then continued on down the street with a great smiling as the thought of his new acquisition.

John Story
I grabbed my morning coffee and continued back to my car which I had parked a few blocks away, was tough finding parking that day. About two thirds of my way back to my car I stopped because my cellphone reception was cutting in and out. As I was talking I noticed something out of the corner of my eyes and heard alot o huffing and puffing. As I answered my curiousity and took a look around I noticed Steve Simmons ducking behind a Windstar giggling to himself like he was under the impression no one could see him. I turned to walk away when noticed shiney new loony sitting on a sidewalk. I scooped down picked it up and said to myself with a smile "Yes a coin. What a great find" and continued back to my car.
