Alright, after 200 draws here's what the Oilers chances are looking like as far as where we'll be picking...

Top 5 - 21.5 %
Top 10 - 44 %
Top 15 - 61.5 %
Bottom 15 - 38.5 %

So.. we're more likely to pick in the top 10 than the bottom 15 :)

(Of note, in 200 draws, we got the #1 pick 9 times.. 4.5%.. similarily, 1/24 is equal to 4.16%.. eerily close eh? ;) )
