Yeah, I was actually wondering why he wasn't taking part in the "new" NHL which seems to fit his game more so than the past.

He came home during the NHL strike/lock out season. Now he´s playing
in his mother club where learned to play hockey.
Compared to the NHL he´s playing for nickles and dimes.

He is still playing with Swedens national team and has won the olympic hockey gold in 2006 (1994), and the worldchampionship also 2006.
Kenny was awarded with the worlds best defense player price during the last
olympics.

The papers here say that he recives at least 2 phonecalls a month from
the Isanders manager team.
