well established Sim hockey league looking for new GMs going into its 21st season... take over a team or request a expansion team..., this league is not a bloated league with lots of non-owners but a tight 16 team league with a few openings this coming season...
league plays with salaries in place and has a minor league (10th season) to draft players from...
