Hall never really found his nitch here. It's time to start the addition by subtraction theory and we're seeing it in motion now first with Ward gone for Avery and Hall now gone for Dupuis.
Dupuis is very fast and has more offensive potential upside than Hall. He's tagged as an under-achiever but even Dupuis under-achieving is an upgrade over Hall.
Dupuis is only 27 (Hall 26) so this was not a youth for washed up veteran move either.
I am glad the Rangers are shaking things up because this just ain't really working out.
Now let's see if they can wake up and make a playoff push down the stretch here.
