View Full Version : Three Way Deal - NYR, Nash, Pit
Adam Hall traded to New York Rangers
Dominic Moore and Libor Pivko traded to Pittsburgh Penguins
Pittsburgh 3rd round selection traded to Nashville
... and Nashville gets raped again.
Lowe should really call up Polie and see if Hamhuis is available for Staios :conspire:
I like it. I admit I don't know much about Hall but I like his size and he was a full-time contributor on a decent Nashville team.
Nothing against Moore but he's definitely expendable.
I like the way this team is shaping up for the season ahead I really do, they're improving considerably - and doing it (except for Shanny) without their usual "marquee name chasing" method of off-season acquisitions.
They needed depth and they're getting it. This will allow for projects like Hugh Jessiman to play another year in the AHL, because last time I checked the big kid was not ready for prime time.

I'd say the Rags are one of the favorites from the East.
Good offseason for sure..

Until Sandis Ozolinsh scores on Lundqvist in an important game.:wicked:
The Rangers are definitely putting together a pretty solid offseason, and should remain a threat in the East this upcoming season. The Rangers are adding players, while the Devils will probably lose their best center. It's a conspiracy I tell you...:conspire:

Yeah, Hall was expendable..since they have Hartnell..among others
Hall has potential..and I think he'll be a solid two way winger.
I would have liked to see him with the twins..
Good deal for the Rangers..

Rangers got the best in this deal. but for jessiman i dont see much of a future for him. rangers have many guys ahead of him in the prospect way of ranks.

i agree with the hot sauce guy  good deal. expect hall to net 20 for the rangers if they use him on Jagr's pp unit at times.
