Sandis Ozolinsh, busted for drunk driving after the season ended, underwent knee surgery in Colorado and the team expects him to be on the ice at training camp in September.

So Atlantic Division teams get to play Ozolinsh and Poti a combined 16 times this next year? That should double every team's offensive output against the Rangers and Islanders.:wicked:

I would say that Ozo is the worse of the two. I remember that giveaway that lead to Gagne scoring an easy goal on either Henrik or Weekes. Poti wasn't that bad. :)

Ozilinsh will get it so bad from the garden crowd for the New Jersey series - he'll be begging for a trade by December.

i dont remember were i was reading it but the piece said if ozo was demoted to the likes of hartford his salary wont count on the cap.

sure there gona give him a chance in traing camp and when he puts his skates on the wrong feet cause of hangover issues. i hope rangers manangment clearly sees what a problem they have.

really though i dont expect him to be on the club for long.

Ozilinsh will get it so bad from the garden crowd for the New Jersey series - he'll be begging for a trade by December.

The reason Ozolinsh was having drinking problems was because Lou Lamoriello sent some "boys" down to Ozo's house and threatened they'd make him "swim with the fishes" if he didn't let the Devils win that series.

Ozo could come out and score 10 goals next season on martin and i will still boo him.

We need a good saying for ozo at the garden next season.
