Will the Blues return to being a plyoff team in upcoming seasons, now they have ownership stability?

They have alot of work to do IMO, they got rid of alot of their talent this year and for this team not to even make the play offs this year is pretty big. I think its atleast going to be a 3-4 sesons before we even see them contending for a play off spot agian, they need to focus on drafting for the next couple season and essiently rebuild this team.
