SENS LOSE GAME 4 BY 2-0 MARGIN

Andy Chiodo posted a 23 save shutout and the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins added one goal in each the first and third period to give themselves a 2-0 victory against the Binghamton Senators on Wednesday night in front of 6,720 fans at Wachovia Arena in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The series now heads back to Binghamton deadlocked at two games a piece.

Matt Murley got the scoring going for the Penguins with a power-play tally at the 15:14 mark of the opening frame. Kris Beech?s original shot took a bounce off the boards behind the net and right onto the tape of Murley who put the shot past Sens? goaltender Ray Emery.

Wilkes-Barre?s game three hero, Colby Armstrong, picked up his second goal of the post-season to give his club the 2-0 lead 9:08 into the third period. Shane Endicott recorded the lone assist on Armstrong?s goal.

Emery had a solid game in net for the Sens, stopping 20 of 22 shots. Chiodo stopped all of Binghamton?s 23 offerings. Binghamton was 0 for 1 on the power play while Wilkes-Barre finished the contest 1 for 6 with the man advantage.

The two clubs will meet once again on Friday night in Binghamton for game 5. The game is scheduled for a 7:05 p.m. face off with pre-game action beginning at 6:35 p.m. on 680-AM WINR.
