Tonight the red hot Nashville Predators are in town, to face the ice cold Vancouver Canucks

Nashville is looking for their 7th straight victory, and Vokoun for his 20th win of the season.

While Vancouver looks for its first win in a 6 game homestand.

The Preds are playing great hockey, and this will be a good game to watch. However, the Canucks will slide to winless in 6.

Preds win
6-2

So they Canucks finally salvage one at home. After catching parts of this homestand on TV during the past few weeks, can somebody please explain how the Canucks are better off with Alex Auld than Dan Cloutier. From what I have seen they are interchangable in that they will let in a least one bad goal a game. I am not sold on Auld at all. He has yet to steal a game and while he has made some saves he has had brain cramps in net, ala Dan "Lenny " Cloutier. I don't think the team has more confidence in Auld then they do Cloutier.

As for the game itself it was nice to see Ohlund and Park hit the score sheet, and one of Bertuzzi no look drop passes to Naslund paid off, finally. Games against Minnesota, St. Louis, Dallas and Chicago all on the road. They should win most of these, but the Wild play the Nucks very tough and Dallas is a good team and should be the Nucks biggest challenge.
