NOTES: Keith Primeau, out since Oct. 30 with a concussion, skated for a third straight day yesterday and told team trainers he had no adverse effects. “He skated for 45 minutes (Saturday) with the rehab people,'' Hitchcock said. “He's building it back up slowly and we're feeling pretty good that he's back on the ice.'' ... Brian Savage (sprained knee) and Ryan Ready (groin) have begun skating. ... Robert Esche, out a week with a groin strain, is scheduled to make the start in goal in Columbus.
