I'm tossing this one out for curiosity -> What do you think will happen....what concessions will be made and what will the result be?

Here's mine...

Cap on salaries & bonuses. Team fine - teams are responsible for team cap...that's the guideline, Personal salaries are limitless.

Lower ticket prices

Big time graphics and noise. Aim for the NASCAR fans...fast-paced like racing.

No red line

No touch icing

Two weeks off for Olympics

I like fines for teams that go over the limit in salaries and bonuses. They also need to include side door deals.
No touch icing and "midevil" enforcement of obstruction :thumb:

I am not sure about the lower ticket prices, I won't hold my breath.

They need to be at the Olympics. Junior teams let their best players go for about 3-4 weeks in December for the World Juniors and it has paid off for the CHL, the NHL can schedule a break every 4 years to let its best players promote the game to the world.
