View Full Version : Question of the Month - November 2005

Just 2 1/2 weeks into the 05-06 campaign, we have 25 players in double digit point totals (23 of which are all within 2 points of each other).

So, who is going to rise to the top as the season settles in? The question for November is...

What player will lead the NHL in scoring (total points) at the conclusion of games played on November 30, 2005?

NOTE: This is not points scored in November - this is total regular season points at the conclusion of November. (Easier to follow along that way).

(Tie Breaker... name the leading point total. Closest guess wins)

The numeric tie breaker will be used if 2 or more people guess the correct player OR if nobody guesses the correct player.

Prize: Custom User Title!

Good Luck :pimp:

I'll have to say Jaromir.
Seems he has found his determination again.

Is he in a contract year ??

Oh Yeah! 36 Points

I'm going with the Forsberger, It's just a matter of time before he starts finding the net himself, and if Gagne keeps pace Forsberg's Assists will continue to come as well. 33 points

4-way tie at the top of the PT Leaders..
Exciting finish indeed.

Jagr's Rangers do not play anymore games in November. He finishes with 39 points.

Alfredsson, Spezza and Heatley's Senators play at home to Montreal on Tuesday.

Forberg's Flyers play away to NY Islanders on Tuesday and at home to New Jersey on Wednesday.

For sure
It's really between you and I now because no one picked Alfredson, Forsberg is out with a groin injury and supposedly will not play next game and the odds are high that both Spezza and Heatly will at least get one point.
Heatly is a few points under Spezza and they play together so the chances of him being over Spezza after this game is unlikely but he might just have 41 after this game. I need a 3 point night by Spezza for my pick to be dead on =]

Well la-de-da... look who can see into the future? I suppose that this has NOTHING to do with the fact that our time machine was missing from the garage that night about a month ago??? Maybe your custom title can be ElPredicto, or maybe ElCheatero?????

Of coarse you have nothing to do with Foreberg's sudden groin injury either... right?

There's no shame in the love between a man and an suitably attractive goat.

Didn't Spezza have a goal disallowed a few weeks back, too?

That's one sweet girl my friend... I won't ask her name

I can't remember any such incident with Spezza but my memory is sometimes fuzzy after watching a game
