sorry but it was tied 3-3 after regulation and overtime. The Sharks won the shoot-out 1-0, so it goes down as 4-3 Sharks win. Bertuzzi was cheered everytime he touched the puck, but it was power play goal on a penalty by Bert that allowed the Sharks to tie. In other BC Hockey news the Kelowna Rocktes beat the Vancouver Giants ( the only team in the WHL the Vancouver dominated provincial media knows/cares about -sound familiar?) 3-2.

It was Auld all night, from what I heard. Did not play too badly. The ice was not in very good shape at GM Place, there was a Neil Diamond concert the night before. When the shoot out happened they hadn't cleaned it so there were chips and ruts and so on. Both Naslund and Park had trouble controlling the puck on thier chances.
