Steen-Wellwood-Czerkawski
Thomas-Lindros-Jeremy Williams
Ondrus-Pohl-Perrott
Kaberle-Wozniewski
Khavanov-Belak
Harrison-Moro
Belfour
Racine
I'm not sure who Boston is dressing, so I won't a prediction yet. However, it is nice to see a lot of the younger guys getting some playing time.
Belak in again? After that horrid display? Time better given to guys like Cola or Kronwall even if they played last night.

Agreed...I'd like to see a guy like Kronwall, Colaicovo or maybe even Brendan Bell in there.

I'll be watching on LeafsTV. These divisional preseason games where the coach's actually dress quality players are great. I Want to see how TO matches up against the B's.

Is there any radio of this game on out there?
Try to listen live at Mojo at www.mojoradio.com. They'll likely carry the audio feed I'd imagine.
O'Neill and Ondrus have both scored to give an early 2-0 for the Buds BTW.

Thanks. I'm listening now. Brad Boyes is all over the place for Boston. Eddie is standing tall.
Cool. They playing the kids now or going with vets again?

The leafs? It's more of a marlie influence in this game if you ask me.
Yeah, the Leafs. It would make sense to field your vets (or locks anyway) against rivals like Ottawa while playing some young kids against teams like Boston.

Yeah. Steen is having quite a game. Wellwood has had a few good chances also.

2-0 through one period and the Leafs will be on the power play to start the second.

Didn't watch the game tonight, but from the looks of things it was a good night all around. Only 4 penalties, which under the new blitz is amazing and even though it was Boston's first game, it's good that we beat them handly. Khavanov got 3 assists which is good news, because out of all the signings, his was probably the most under-evaluated and he could be the puck moving defenceman we need. Belfour seems to still have his game, which is good news cause if he didn't we'd be royally screwed

He made one amazing save when he gave the puck away to a Boston player and went all the way back to stop it.

Belfour made a few nice saves. Khavanov with 3 assists is certainly good to hear, and Kaberle had 2 of his own. Czerkawski and O'niell had good outings aswell with a goal each.

Belfour was outstanding, Racine as well. But, the Leafs did seem much more organized then the Bruins and more importantly more so then the previous game. Khavanov, may have walked away with three points, but I though that he didn't play very well at all. He made a lot of mistakes... I guess he was just trying toooooo hard. He did make me laugh though at the end-of-game interview, when he so matter-of-factly said in his thick Russian accent that his favourite colour was blue? like he was making a video for a dating service.
One thing that I don?t like as much as I thought that I would - so far, is the Shoot-out. Obviously, they haven't meant anything yet, so they're not going to be that exciting (Even at the game) But, what scares me is the fact that the game can so easily go either way. Ottawa spent almost two full periods skating around us and were clearly the better team - they loose in the SO to TO. Toronto dominated Boston and go on to loose in the SO. In a game that matters were one hot goalie might have managed to keep the score to a tie despite having his team outplayed, a SO lose could really be damaging to walk away from without even one point. But hey? that?s hockey.

Boston looked terrible.
Toronto's PP was what.. 5 for 20? Ego booster for the Leafs, but that was terrible sloppy hockey.

Hey at least the Leafs only had about 4-5 penalties. This is getting very funny with all these PP, but as I said I feel that the refs are getting used to new rules too and by the time the regular season starts it'll settle down.
