Oilers lock up Stoll, Rita and Winchester

Stoll and Rita for 1 year, Winchester for 2.

Howson said he hopes for Stoll to crack the top 9 this year.. I wonder what that means for Marty Reasoner?

Rita should get his shot this year, 10 minutes a night on the third line, let's see what he can do already. There was a time when this guy was considered the best prospect not playing in NA.. that time has long since passed however. I still think he could be a tweener between the second and third line.

I seem to be the only person not at all sold on Winchester. Looks like a poor mans Isbuster who gives effort more often.

Winchester? Pfft.. the guy is garbage if you ask me. Stoll, I hate him for what he did to Telly but I have to give credit where credit is due, he's a gritty guy and he is a heart and soul player, much like Ryan Smyth. He should be a great 3rd line guy in his career. He doesn't have the offense to be a top 6 guy.

That just gave me another reason to love Stoll ;)

I think Stoll could play on the PP as a trigger man. He does have above average vision and a good slapper. Not much for hands, but if Marchant can do it...
