My rough translation:

Finally, the heavily sought after star Mike Modano will not have to pack his bags. Infact, RDS has learned that Modano and the Stars have agreed upon a five year deal. The Stars already offered Modano a one year deal, but were forced to react to Modano being close to reaching an understanding with Boston. Nothing is regulated but the deal is expected to be made official and announced tomorrow morning.

Maybe someone who speaks french fluently could do a more accurate translation. I know enough to get by / catch the main idea of things but can't pick up every single word.
