Was sent to Boston for a fourth rounder... obviously a salary dump, as he was set to make around 1.6 this season. It's too bad, because he had all the potential in the world.. just the drive and the health weren't there.

I'm kind of surprised as well, not expected at all. I liked Brad. Good young player and like you said, he had positive potential.

Perhaps the Oilers are freeing up some cap room just in time to do some major signings. You know, it's that time of year again. :nod:
